How it it that people can set up a torrent, saying its a full movie and appearing to have the right amount of info, yet all you get is a few notepad pages and a trailer for the movie?
nasy people
i have tried a few times to get Harry p and the phoenix but i'm still trying to find a legit torrent.
sorry for the rant but is there a way to tell i thoutrt i was being pretty picky, checking comments and files before downloading but i usually just waste 24 hours, how do i sort out the legit from the fake?

The best way to be certain that a torrent is real is to get it from a private site, they are accountable for what they upload there and so fakes are removed fast.

I will PM you.

The MPAA and RIAA have setup a network of stooges to upload fakes, by hiring MediaSentry, trying to discourage members from downloading movies and music. Hoping that after downloading a numerous amount of fakes, you'll give up downloading.

The only way to defeat this is to do what tansy told you and to keep doing it, a lot smile.gif

Read the comments, use your head, try to NOT download compressed files (rar or zip) if possible. We do our best to get to them before you all, but there's so many of them stoogesand only 4 of us to moderate the main site.

So a few will still manage to slip in dry.gif
